I taught out of this text for several years. It's excellent. The materials are sensibly organized; the writing is clear without being juvenile; and the legal analysis is flawless.

Students respond well to the book.

This is one of the best texts that I've ever used in any class, and it's certainly the best text that I've found for teaching business law to non-law students.

This book was very informative.It was also easy to understand. I would recommend this book especially to people enrolled in a independent study. I finished this book in a week and received a B for the entire class.

The class was great and the book was great. Give you real life cases so you understand material. Gives you information on how the US compares to other nations. Also has funny facts and snippits of funny cases. Highly recommend, can learn a lot!

Better price than everywhere else! I'm very happy with my purchase, not going to buy books for college at the college bookstore!

It's a textbook for a class my wife is taking. There isn't really anything I needed to know about the book prior to ordering. It seems to be well written.

book was in good shape and it was about half what the price of the campus bookstore so overall I am very happy:).

The book is good with many legal cases to study. But the language the book used is a kind different from ordinary colleage textbooks in terms of words and grammar, so it takes some more time to read and understand.

This is a textbook. If your professor tells you that you need this book then you get this book. Its boring to read but that's expected.

The book was in great shape as specified by the seller and the delivery was excellent.

Book came in two days, a little more pen marks than expected but overall book was in acceptable condition.
