Helpful but Not Entirely Practical nor Complete,

While this booklet provided a good outline for our LLC to begin its discussions, it was not nearly complete enough to prevent complicated legal problems faced down the road and at the conclussion of the LLC. I highly recommend that ever group that is not simply a husband & wife type of operation seek professional legal advise and have the LLC set up with proper formal legal documents. It will save a lot of hard feelings AND MONEY in the long run.
