This book is a must for any nurse practicing in the state of Texas. It covers ever legal aspect of nursing. Remember the Doctor as "Captain of the Ship" does not stand up in court any more. Nurses are held accountable for their practice and are liable in a court of law. This book covers ever aspect from a legal standpoint, how to avoid common pitfalls and what to do, forbid it ever happens, if you land in court with a malpractice case or are called to testify.
