I do not enjoy reading cases for class...Using this book along with a prior students family law outline, I feel more than adequately prepared to discuss in class without reading the assigned pages in the casebook.

I find Legalines to be far superior to other case brief books. This edition provides the facts, issues, holding, along with some dissents and comments for each case. I find the summaries much more brief than the ones found in other brands (almost each summary is less than page but in a comfortable size font). The writing style is also very easy to comprehend.

It is also helpful that this book has the same outline and topic headings each with brief comments that follow the Wadlington FamLaw Casebook outline.

I would definitely recommend this to other students!
