Beautiful., August 25, 2002
This review is from: Legend of Mana (Audio CD)
When people think of "The Legend of Mana", they usually think of the game. When I think of LOM, I think of the music.
Why? Well, the game was great but one thing stood out in my mind more than anything else. The amazing soundtrack. The opening theme dazzles you, and it certainly wouldn't have to same dramatic effect if Yoko Shimomura's Theme of Mana wasn't there for us to listen to. And the tragedy of the Jumi just wouldn't be as sad if The City of Flickering Destruction wasn't playing for you.
I find myself humming along with some of the songs while playing the game. And I don't do that often, not even with tracks as great as those from the Final Fantasy series.
This game's music can only be described as beautiful and artistic. Anything else would be a lie.

I fell in love with the music the instant I started playing the game! The music is pure joy and something you will definitely like. Especially if you're a big fan of video game music, such as myself. I'm especially picky if the game is a good one. This music is enchanting and beautiful!
