Product Description

As the timeless legend says, a pickle, a symbol of good luck, is to be the last ornament placed on your decorated Christmas tree. On Christmas morning, the first child to find the pickle receives an extra gift from Santa. This teaches children to appreciate all the beauty and tradition of the Christmas tree, rather than rushing to see what Santa has left! Be the first to start this tradition in your family. These are also great and unique party favors and gifts!

Customer Reviews

Great size and really looks pickle-ish, though.

And the paint on mine came off because tape from the packaging stuck to it.
Dana B.
This will be so much fun watching them try to find that pickle..

We started a new tradition. Whoever finds the pickle on the tree receives another present. It was real hard to see the ornament on the tree with its lights on, but that added to the fun. The pickle is as pictured , so it blends into the foliage( needles) of the tree. PURCHASED AT AMAZON.

This ornament was exactly what I was looking for. It was a gift and the recipient was very pleased. It came well packaged and in a timely fashion. It is a small size but that is what I wanted. I just wish it came in a box or container that I could store it in from year to year.

I like to give Pickle ornaments as gifts especially for those hard to shop for people, secret santa's, or long lost relatives. My last name is Pickle so you can see why I gave give these out as gifts. I think it's a pretty neat tradition to give as a gift. They are becoming more and more popular though still very difficult to find. Last year, my mom got some from Khols. They had a ton of glitter/glam to them and I didn't care for those. Then this year Hallmark has a talking Pickle, and is frankly just stupid. This one is shinny which may make it difficult to find in the tree with all the lights and such. Overall, I'd have to say that its decent for the price.

Now that my kids are, well older teenagers, they take great joy on Christmas morning looking over our tree in attempts to find 'the pickle'. Last year, we misplaced the pickle after the youngest found it. My guess it was so little, it got mixed up in the wrappings & thrown away... This year all were excited to see a new pickle on the tree Christmas morning. It is slightly larger, but still just a bright & beautiful!! Our tradition includes the finder gets some kind of special musical/talking ornament for that year - a gift worth the time it takes to find the hidden pickle! Its a fun tradition for us all!! Oh & yes, we did take care to secure our new pickle for future years! Thanks for the opportunity to make family memories!!

Found these cute little inexpensive pickle Christmas ornaments. I ordered three, one for me and the other two as little gifts for friends. They are made out of glass and are a great color...rather small, about the size of a jalapeño. The only disappointing thing is that one of the ornaments arrived broken. The shipping costs superseded the cost of the ornament so I did not return it. I'll just purchase a replacement. All in all its good for the price.

Got this as a "funny" for my GrandBoy. A bit disappointed that there were a few scratches in the paint, marring the overall appearance. Great size and really looks pickle-ish, though.
