This is the 1nd time I've submitted this "review". I've tried to complain very strongly that this is not the book I ordered. I was ordering "LEGEND OF Z-BOYS". The book you have charged me for and accepted payment for has never, to this date, 4/23/10, been received by my son, Steven M. Lawson. It was ordered on 3/11/10, and as mentioned, never received, but you accepted my payment.The error is clearly in your lap and has never been rectified. As mentioned, I've tried to get satisfaction from the seller and have had absolutely no response. I have a less-than-zero rating for this particular book order, which is unfortunate as I've not had any other problems in 7 months of ordering books for my son. Amazon, please respond. At least give me the courtesy of a reply as I had none for my first written complaint/rating on this book. Barbara Lawson |
