Our Organic Legends of China White Tea (Bai Mu Dan) is grown in the mountains of the Fujian Province of China and undergoes little processing. The absence of this results in the appearance and cell structure of the leaves basically unaltered and this purity may be what some researchers have said might cause white tea to have a greater concentration of antioxidants than all of the teas that originate from green tea. White tea is the most delicate of all, its taste being subtle, complex and mildly sweet. The caffeine content of our organic white tea is approximately 15 to 20 mg. of caffeine per cup. (Black tea contains 80 to 120 mg. and coffee contains 100 to 200 mg.) Tea bags are oxygen bleached. White tea, like the green tea from which it originates, is one of the healthiest beverages you can drink on the planet today and it has more antioxidants and less caffeine than regular green tea. i never write reviews. i can't believe this was only $10 with shipping. In milwaukee cheap 40 packs of lipton green tea is 4-6$. If you wanted organic white tea, maybe 20 packs for 7-12$. a 100 pack would be at least 25$+!!!

I never knew about white tea until I was on Amazon and found this. White tea is the best tasting tea. Just for information I read online that white tea has more antioxidents than green tea. This winter I have about five or more bags a day of hot tea. It taste clean and never bitter.I like to put one pack of stevia(natural) for sweetness. I cannot find white tea in the grocery store especially organic at all. Thank you Amazon.

I normally drink white tea in bulk form from a whole food coop. However, there are times where tea bags are much more convenient (while traveling, or for a quick afternoon cup). This is a great tea. Because it is fairly mild, I usually use two bags per cup.
