Fortunately I was in the audience in Nashville during the taping of this Legends & Lyrics episode. It was definitely a magic time for me to hear all of these talented singer/songwriters perform their inspirational ballads and hit songs. I am ordering this DVD today & I can't wait to hear it on my next trip home.

As a Kenny Loggins fan (he is my musical dad) I enjoyed his performances, he sings three of his greatest hits (although "Conviction of the Heart" didn't quite make the Top 40, but it should have).
Haven't seen the others although Richard Marx is quite interesting, he has collaborated with Kenny on songs like "The One That Got Away" written for one of his sons after his second divorce. (this is a bonus track on the DVD).

Legends & Lyrics is a a unique and entertaining look at the creativity and the creative process of songwriting and music in general. You just don't see this insight into music anywhere else. This segment in particular is excellent. Richard Marx, Kenny Loggins and 3 Doors Down. Buy it, watch it, enjoy!
