This is neither a toy nor an action figure. It's a statue in tribute to one of the greatest players and owners in NHL history: Super Mario. The base (with hockey stick extended) is approximately 6 inches by 7 inches. The product is accurately described as 6 inches tall.
Mario attaches to the ice via two pegs extending from the skates. The hockey stick must be placed into the hockey gloves, but the gloves detach from forearms to allow the stick to wiggle into the gloves. The arms rotate in 270 degrees at a pivot-point just below the shoulder numbers. Please note that the head is fixed and does not move. I can only assume that Mario is focused on a distant goalie or Stanley Cup. I have Mario plus two Troy Polamalu statues (see below) on a bookcase by my TV and PS3. They look great and remind me of the 'Burgh.
