This is a heavy duty adjustable bed that is easy to set up and easy to use. The platform holds any foam matress securely and adjusts quickly and quietly. A good value.

Best buy I've made in a long time. The adjustable bed frame is a comfort dream come true. Luckily I was home to help the UPS delivery carry the boxes to my door, this is absolutely a two person task (about 90 lbs each). Getting the boxes into the house was the hardest part. Once inside and unpackaged there were just 8 bolts to intsall. The bed frame was completely assembled and ready for relaxing within 20 minutes. Great price. Thank-you Amazon.

I've only had it for a couple of days so cannot comment on durability but this has been the most comfortable bed I've ever owned. I bought it because of back problems and the past two mornings have been able to get out of bed without walking around like a hunch-back until all the kinks get worked out. The foundation is very lightweight but works really well with the memory foam mattress I already had. I'm hoping that the motor is a durable one but only time will tell. Amazon had this for the least amount of money than any other site I looked at so it was a great value; and you can't beat the free shipping on this heavy item. Definitely need 2 people to put this together, the motor/frame is heavy but it only took two of us to assemble and it was done in less than a half hour. The assembly DVD is included but since it has a total of 8 bolts hold the whole thing together you can't really screw it up. So far I'm loving it.

I just purchased this Leggett and Platt ajustable bed for my bad back and neck. I had surgery two years ago on my back and neck and been surffering for years. I have a great mattress that was great for this bed, but laying flat was killing me. The first night sleeping in this bed was heaven. When my doctor told me that this would help, I got right on amazon to price it out because all the bed stores had them price for crazy amounts of money. This was a great buy! The UPS driver brought in right in the house for me. My husband and brother in Law set up this bed in 30 min with out even looking at the instructions. I think they looked at it once just to make sure they were putting the screws in the right place. That is how easy this bed is to put together. The company however, sends you a book as well as a DVD to help you with the instructions. You receive two boxes one box with the frame and motor and one box with the white platform and there you go, your bed is all together. Last but not least, I ordered this bed on a Monday with the Super saver free shipping. I received this bed on wednesday two days later. Tell me that is not service. Amazon you are the best!

My 25 yr old son has been using this bed for a few months to help with his back & hip pain. He had previously been spending many nights in a recliner, now he can get a better night's rest and even reads and watches tv in the bed sometimes. Seems to be helping with pain and mobility issues from lying flat in a regular bed. I purchased this bed because I have a staircase that does not allow a regular queen size box spring to fit thru. Because this bed comes in two boxes, it fit thru the staircase easily. It was very easy to set up, and the simple design of the base has functioned well so far...guess I need to purchase another if I want to try it for my self!!!
