Well , well well , its about time the toa got a makeover...and this ones PERFECT! After Desending into the bohroks nest , the toa used the Krana collected to unlock the Exo Toa , unfortunalty , then they met Cahdok and Gahdok , the Bahrag , Queens of the Bohrok swarms . THe toa then sealed them in a wire frame of energy , but that only caused them to fall into tubes of Protodermis , causing them to change into the TOA NUVA! I have all six kits , and they are wondrrful! Tahu Nuav is nicely done , the Hau Nuva looks very organinc and smooth , and the new fires swords are sleek silver/gray , and the new armor really looks nice on the toa . THe only downsides are that some kits have misorint armor that look lighter and plaer than they shhould (LIKE MY POOR ONUA NUVA AND HIS BLADES AND PADS!AGH!) but that should ot stop you from buying this!

Also; BEWARE! A NEW VILLIAN IS COMING! ............................................THE BOHROK-KAL! THE BOHROK-KAL ARE COMING! SMARTER THAN THE FIRST SWARM , AND ONLY 6 EXIST! WILL THE TOA BE ABLE TO FEND OFF NEW < SMARTER, ADND MORE POWERFUL BOHROK!?!?! OR WILL THIS BEE SIX REASONS TO HIDE? FIND OUT THIS WINTER of 2003!!!!!!!!!!!

Personally, I am a bionicle freak. When I saw the first bionicle set of the 6 original toa, i knew i would do pretty much anything to get them. (if you are wondering i am 13 years of age) Of course I ended up loving them and in time, I was bonkers for bionicle. For you parents who read this, you are probably thinking that these lego models are just another item that your child will want so badly, play with for a week or so, and never touch again. This is a completely different matter. These aren't your ordinary action figures, these are fun to build and to play with and you can use your imagination to make new things out of them any time you wish. Another plus is they do not brake easily. (if you've gone through the conflict of mommy-my-toy's-arm-broke-off) If your child loves to build things,has a remarkable immagination, and likes various colorful action heroes, (my apologies for those going through the power rangers phase) bionicle toa and toa nuva are worthy of the title, "must-have". Educational as well, your child will learn a few basics of simple machines and motors as well. Thank you for reading my review, I just hope my mother reads it.

i own all of the toa nuva except kopaka, they are a blast. i have made the toa kaita "akamai" nuva, which consists of tahu, pohatu, and onua. tahu is, in my opinion, the hottest action figure since the marvel legends human torch. educational because it teaches young children the construction of a "skeleton"and basic gear mechanics. durable because it can be put together and taken apart over and over again. fun because it can use parts built from the cyber-slam sets.

I think Tahu Nuva is completely durable becasue he survived a lot with me. I even spilt yogurt on it and it cleaned right up. Lego builds self-esteem because you have to make them first before you can play. I like to mix up the parts from different sets. Once I made an exo-Villager. I'm going to try to collect all of them.

I just got this guy and he is so cool and his mask is five times better than the first mask and this guy is way more durable because i was playing with him then my brother threw him to the ground and not a scratch so I'd give this a ten out of ten

I was gonna to look at toysrus and they had it! It is prerty cool both of his arms can go back and forth and his lava blades can go on his feets or both can go on one hand but the bad thing is that there is no golden mask of power for him but if you have a simple Toa you can give its armor to it.
In other words its the coolest to go with te Exo-Toa.

only one word for this toy is COOL! it is very durable.

Ok. Personally, I like the toa nuva better than the toa metru so I traded my Vakama figure for this one day. He is Awesom!!! I always wonder why the guys at lego took the toa nuva off the shelves, they are aewsom, too bad I only have one. Anyway, he has these cool lava swords that you can put into his leg and use as a surfbord for lava. His armor is neat and shiny and his mask is cool too. He is also the leader of the toa an the most powerful. I recomend that yoiu get this figure, it is aewsom!

I was going to get this at [one store] but they just didn't have it(RRRGGGG) and I looked for it at [other stores] but they didn't have it either. Anyway. First off, it wouldn't be VERY fun because it doesn't have a lot of articulation. I think they should put more points on the toy like on the 3D version of it so you can put it in more poses than just any other toy that has only about 5 or 6 points. And Second, I think it's educational because it needs step by step instrucions to build it, and you can combine other pieces off other Bionicles or just other Lego Technics and make something new, and you can just build it funny or something. Durable is pretty high because it can endure lots of stuff. (OK that is kind of vague)
Overall this is a very good thing to get(If you have the Tahu Figure also DUR).
P.S. The price was kinda a turndown cause' I mean, It's just an upgrade to the old figure, and i'm kinda talking about the Tahu figure also.

This is a very good Bionicle event, even though this is a very big event it is kind of bad how the Nuva are like the the Toa, okay really like the Toa.I really like how Tahu Nuva puts his blades on his feet as a lava surf board, like all of you, I'm a Bionicle freak.I really like the new masks of the Toa Nuva. I can't wait till Toa Nuva mask packs come out. Tahu Nuva's mask has much more sheilding then his old one.(You can find that out by reading Bionicle:Threat of the Bohrok issue 5) But I think all the Nuva are durable, but some some of the Bioncle type of toys aren't, for example, Boxer if you step on that, CRUNCH!!! I can't belive that they make so much new figures. ..Oh well, at least I enjoy all of them.
