I initially bought this set for my three-year-old but thought better of it since he was almost 4. So, I bought him a regular set of Legos and was going to take these back. However, after much frustration with the smaller legos, i.e. not being able to get them apart very easily, etc., I brought these out and well, it's been true love ever since. I really recommend these for the younger set - I bought the smaller ones because I didn't think he'd get much good out of these since they indicate that they're only to age 5. Don't pay any attention to the age on these. They can expand and older kids can use these and since they smaller ones say age three, I wouldn't pay attention to that either. Grab the bigger ones for ages 2-6 or so, they will be able to use them and have fun as well.

I am 10 years old. For younger kids it's all 5's. But get Legos not dubloes for your older kids. It is abousulty great for kindergartens. Even though I am 10 a still sometimes play with them.

We got a tub of these legos two Christmases ago for our 2 daughters, then ages 1 and 3. Our only complaint was that even 140 pieces isn't enough! We got another tub the next year, and are getting one again this year because they are the best toy our children have! We debated over whether to get the Duplos again or try the regular Legos, but decided to go ahead and get one more tub of Duplos, because our now-5 yr. old still loves them. The newer colors are fun (Lego added orange, light green, and light blue to the standard red, yellow, blue, and green), as well as the addition of skinny blocks. Definitely a great buy for kids (and grown-ups) of any age!

My kids really enjoy playing with this bulk pack of Legos. They are a great value for parents too which is always nice.

We have buckets full of Duplos and my children 5 and 8 have lots of fun building with them. They love to see how big of a building that they can build. We all get involved as a family! Hours and hours of fun!

We love these Legos! We have a four and five year old. The five year old has regular size Legos and all though he likes them, he gets frustrated when trying to put some of them together. We bought these for our four year old becuase he just couldn't figure out how to play with the other ones. My boys build all sorts of things out of these Lego Duplos. Love them!

We just got this set and my daughter loves it...this is a great set for younger children. My daughter is almost three and will sit and play for hours building different things. I highly recommend this for any child who love to build and play. I Dont have to worry about small pieces. These are very durable and a overall great product.

Babies love Duplo. They like to taste the blocks, and when they finally figure out that they will stick to each other, the glorious smile on their face is a true treasure to behold for the ages!

My son received this tub for his 2nd birthday and he loves to get it out and play.

Both of my children have played and played with this set. They love Legos, and this set provides a variety of shapes and sizes of Legos for them to build with. Great toy!
