Tahu is a red 33-piece Bionicle set. He has the ability to combine with Onua and Pohatu to create a giant warrior toa. Tahu is really cool and really fun to play with, him being the toa leader and all. His educational value is low, but he does teach motor skills to younger children. And finally, his durability is just as good as any of the other toa, except Gali, who has the best. Tahu should be an early addition to your collection, because he sells out fast!

This one one of my most favorite toys from when I was 6 years old to now. It's lot's of fun to play with.

This, like the other toa is easy to build, having them all, like me, you can build the two toa kaita. Tahu, Onua, Pohatu can be built into one with the instuctions included with the toa's, can make one kaita. Kopaka, Lewa, Gali will do the same.

i like tahu the best cuz his fire sword,his mask, and a lot of other things. fire is my favorite element so i like him a lot. here is some info on him: he is the oldest toa. he is the most feared toa. hes well, the least patient toa. and well hes cool. this one u should definitley get this one first. i thought this was educational because u use your imagination to biuld and combine it with other pieces and other reasons. it was very durable for a lego but his mask falls off sometimes(no big problem) overall i think he is the best and the coolest toa.

Tahu, Toa of fire, is one of the coolest Legos the LEGO comp. has built. He has his mighty fire sword for fighting the Bohrok(new emimies of Mata Nui), the Rahi, or Makuta himself!!!!!

This toy was easy to assemble. The model has easy-to-follow, step-by-step, instructions. It also has instructions on how to build Akamai, which is Tahu, Onua, and Pohatu combined. The set has 33 pieces and is for 7+ ages. Easy, fun, cool toy. Cheap too!

When Bionicles were first released to the public in 2001, six main products were set up for display: Gali, Kopaka, Onua, Pohatu, Lewa, and Tahu. From what the background of the canister suggests, Tahu is the Toa of Fire and wields a flamesword. In all honesty, LEGO Bionicle: Tahu (8534) is a much better set than his 2010 counterpart.

Despite receiving five stars on this review, Tahu has a very simple design to him. In his right hand is a one-piece flamesword; in his left is a gimmicky type of horseshoe-looking hand. Near his head and shoulders are a set of gears that add a lot of fun to the entire set itself. Simply by twisting a gear at Tahu's back can you control his right arm and cause him to swing his flamesword as a result.

For a ten-year-old Bionicle, LEGO Bionicle: Tahu (8534) does a fantastic job of being just plain fun to use. Even after ten years has my set not broken, so this definitely shows you just how sturdy it is.

My son just loves Pohatu. We look forward to engaging him iin numerous battles with other bionicles, such as Tahu and Makuta.

I know nothing about the bionicle universe but my 10 year old nephew loves anything bionicle. He put this together as soon as he opened it and I have to say even I thought it was pretty cool - it has gears on the back of it's head that you use to make it swing it's sword around. And he showed me where the evil guy can put his mask over this one and take it over (when I said "cool!" he said - well no because he's *evil*). So if you have a kid in your life who is into bionicles this one is a pretty cool one.

Tahu was the first Bionicle I ever got! He's been my favorite throughout the series!!!
