I purchased 3 of these helicopters for my nephews (who are all 4 years old) because the recommended manufacturer's age listed on the Amazon website is 4 and up. When I received the toys, the boxes state that they are actually intended for ages 7 and up (a pretty big age difference for a toy of this type).
