LEGO and Star Wars have always gone together quite nicely. Maybe it’s the facility with which science fiction vehicles and scenarios can be constructed, either through the classic building toy materials or by George Lucas himself. After all, when you’re dealing in a world of fantasy, there’s no pressure to do anything particularly realistic. This sprawling 586-piece set lets you build the ARC-170 Starfighter along with a Droid Tri-fighter and a smaller mini-craft, designed as an escape pod. Sure, there are still little LEGO bumps all over the finished product but these are still slick and impressively detailed pieces of outer space weaponry. Of course, since its LEGO, the pieces are compatible with any other LEGO set in the vast history of the toy so the possibilities are limited only by your imagination. An instruction manual is included along with a CD-ROM of a LEGO Star Wars mini-movie and videogame demo. --Charlie Williams

My Package came with all the right parts for the Mini and the Tri-FIghter, But the ARC-170 is missing Every piece after step 10. They gave me a TON of pieces I don't need. Another one of my friends was, also missing many pieces for their ARc-170 and he can't attach the wing. I CAN'T EVEN ATEMPT TO BUILD IT!

Also, it has been 2 weeks and LEGO still hasn't comtacted me after 2 complaints. Soon I am going to call them because I am VERY upset at them

A great deal for star wars legos. However our first set was missing an entire wing of the x-wing and we had to get it replaced. My son really enjoyed building it and was really disappointed to have to start over. Built it again when we got the replacement and was very proud. It was a really well priced set compared to other star wars lego sets!
