The rotating and sliding eyecups on Leica Ultravid BR/BL models can be pulled out to two different click-stop positions and their softly cushioning rubber rims provide an optimal placement at the eyes. This also significantly improves their user-friendliness for eyeglass wearers. The eyecups can be removed for easy cleaning. Leica Ultravid Binoculars are - like those in the Leica Trinovid BL line watertight to a depth of 5 meters (16.4 ft), they are nitrogen-filled and functional in cold temperatures down to -25 C (-13 F).
