I am so very pleased with my new pastry cutter. I have had a smaller version of one that is 50 years old. It just didn't do the job. Now I have one that makes my pastry look professional.

The cutter is heavy enough on your hand to give you a lot of control in triming and cutting. I use it to cut fresh pasta and ravioli and they come out clean and straight. No complaints. It's worth it and feels very nice.
