Prepared by the Hammersmith Historical society in west London, this booklet relates to Hunt's final years as a resident of the area. There is much information about the marriages and relationships of Hunt's numerous children with other members of the community, which will be found elsewhere only with difficulty.The book is still available from the Hammersmith library for a mere £1. At that price, you can take your choice whether you accept the author's information about Marianne's effect on Hunt's financial and social life. |
