do you value your money? then don't buy this game. even with its budget pricing( its only 19.99 at most retail stores) this is the worst game I've played this generation. the controls are terrible, the frame rate is abysmal, and everything look simple atrocious. Old school Larry beware although there is swearing and some sexual jokes there is no nudity or even serious innuendo. if you really want this game go buy leisure suit larry: magna cum laude and pretend this game never happened. this is the first amazon reveiw i've written but i had to warn anyone i could not to buy this awful game.

I have been a fan of Leisure Suit Larry for quite sometime, And although the games have always been a little short on quality they were always enjoyable. But Box Office Bust just flat out sucks, The graphics are probably the worst I have seen for a 360 game, and the game play matches the graphics. I would probably have to say this is the most half assed game I have ever purchased. The developers should be embarassed releasing a game in this poor of condition.

Being a fan of the Leisure Suit Larry games since the point and click days I decided to go out and but Leisure Suit Larry Box Office Bust to complete my series. Prior to Leisure Suit Larry Box Office Bust was Leisure Suit Larry Magna Cum Laude. Your Larry Loveage attending Walnut Log Community College where the object of the game is to help Larry earn a BA in T&A by getting on a show called swingles and collecting tokens of affection from these girls, but Leisure Suit Larry Magna Cum Laude is not the game being reviewed at this time.

In the begining of Leisure Suit Larry Box Office you play as Larry Loveage the nephew of Larry Laffer from the original games, who owns and operates a XXX studio and the object of this game is to find a mole within the studio and get lucky on the side like Magna Cum Laude (after all isn't that what College is all about? Btw he look so different since Magna Cum Laude why didnt the give us I background story between college and how he ended up in the motor home on his unle's lot?)

The Story line is okay not great. I however love the jokes they are crude and very rude but funny if your into that type of humor. The celebrity guest voices are nice such as comedian Dave Attell, comedian/radio comedian Artie Lange, actress Shannon Elizabeth, Carmen Electra and actor/comedian Tom Arnold.

I do have a few complaints and or rants about the games first of all it seemed like it was rushed because the could have thought up a better story line and I find quite a few flaws like for instance the controls just suck meaning you move the controls one one and Larry moves in the opposite direction which if your and avid game like myself and get into a game you get frustrated , swear at the tv and so on. Also the game reminds me of Prince of Persia the Sands of Time, Prince of Persia, Warrior Within and Prince of Persia and the Two Thrones doing wall jumps shimmying on ledges and sneaking around in a stealth like manner. Another complaint I have is the timed missions they give you, some or them aren't enought time to complete which again if your an avid gamer like me can be very frustrating. Another complaint I have is the fact that there are these cheats/Faqs floating out on the internet the you can easily download for the PC version its just a trainer cheat that allows you more time unlimited health but if you own an Xbox 360 or a Playstation 3 they give you no help.

To sum it all up buy the game if you want to complete the Leisure Suit Larry collection but if you find the jokes offensive and hate the controls of sensative touch games then dont buy this game.

This game is a great concept that was poorly developed. I was following the previews of this game since January and what a disappointment. It seems as if they ran out of budget so they packed up shop and said, "We're done." The graphics are just plain creepy (teeth are all gross looking), and the controls are nearly impossible to master. When driving a vehicle it is almost impossible not to get it stuck in the environment (glitch)rendering the mission a failure and having to hit the reset button. Serious testing was lacking and noticeably so. I would have rated this game lower but the dialogue can be funny. Its raunchy, perverted, and everything the video game world hasn't ventured into making it interestingly different.

Its an alright game. I have herd its a game to play when you are bored. Thats exactly it. Eeverything is pritty simple so remebering things if you set it down for a month is no problem.

For the price I say get it. If you like these types of games or not. It is the perfect game to pass time here and there.

The game came before the due date to my house. I have only played some of the game but I enjoyed myself so far. If you have any humor then you will like the game.

I hate to say this but the game says it in the title. I should have known better. This games was an absolute bust. The previous game Magne cum Laude was excellent. This game was absolutely horrible if not the very worst game I have purchased for the 360. I even believe that they didn't even finish the game that's how bad the graphics and controls are. If you can, don't waste your money and look for a better game.

My wife and I are fans of the Leisure Suit Larry Franchise back in our PC gaming days, but this is trash. I should have known when I bought it brand new for $9.99. I am a serious gamer and my wife is not, we both wanted to like this game but the game mechanics and camera is jacked up. If I owned a video game store I cold not recommend this game and live with myself. Pass on this game.

If you're looking for a game similar to the lat, this is not it. Save your money.

This is clearly a budget title, obtained at GameStop for $19.99 (as opposed to Amazon's $27). Its worth $20. The controls are okay but trying to look around and walk at the same time poses some issues with the controls. Luckily, no one is trying to shoot you, so the camera issue is tolerable. So far, there are mini-tasks to perform, like delivering packages around the movie studio and whatnot.

The story premise is that you are the original LSL's nephew, and you're going around working at his movie studio trying to find out who the "mole" is, who is trying to sabatoge Uncle Larry.

I'm entertained by this one and if you're a fan of the originals/sequels, you'll be entertained as well.

There is plenty of swear words and digital breasts in this one (so far all PG-13 breasts under bikinis), so this one isn't for kids.
