Had never used this type of pan before and was very concerned about the outcome. It worked exactly as advertised and actually produced much better results than I had obtained previously with glass or metal pans. It cooked evenly and there was no sticking and very easy to clean. An outstanding product.

This product is great-- works exactly as advertised so I have no regrets about this purchase. I use it every Valentine's Day to make a heart-shaped dessert. I used it in the oven, as well as made a frozen dish. It's held up in both the hot and cold temperatures. It cleans very well.

Tip: Use parchment paper at the very bottom to ensure your creation does not stick at all.

We use these cake pans to make hand and feet cast molds in the childrens hospital locally when a baby or child dies. Had a hard time finding the appropriate sizes, but these are perfect. Should last for years.
