I have owned two previous versions of Krup expresso makers which I used till they died. I wanted something different this time and was not happy with the current selection of the krups expresso line up. I am in love with this machine. This expresso machine produces some of the best creme(froth)on an expresso (at home)I have ever seen. The froth wand is fabulous because not only is it easy to clean it produces great milk froth for cappuccino's. My only complaint is that the two attachments for the grinder do not have a button but you must snap in the pieces and if you are not careful you can easily damage the attachment. The grinder is great if you like to buy your beans whole and grind yourself. I highly recommend this machine for people who like great expresso and do it yourself cappuccinos.

It works great. I just wish the base was a little larger. This would give a larger work space, a place to set the milk as it was steaming, keep the counter area around the machine cleaner and make it all around easyer to clean, use and operate.

I love to make my own latte or capuccino because I know it beats going to Starbuks in many ways. So we puchase this product about 4 months ago and we are not impressed at all. The gridnder is very inconvenient to keep it locked in place and there is no way of telling how much is enough for one or two espresso cups. But worst of all the plastic wand broke off few days ago and we can't re-attach it because the thread is bad. We are now frothing without the wand and we don't know how and where to get replacement. We were looking for the best espresso machine but we are now on the verge of dissapointment.

Well, after having the machine for almost two months, it now leaks water and steam everywhere. Try to get it fixed!!! Forget it. No one will work on it, because they can't get parts for it. Warranty is a joke, as there is no place to send it. A big waste of money.

At first I had trouble getting a good cup of coffee, but I finally figured it out. A friend told me it will be the best coffee I have ever tasted. He was absolutely correct. It has the grinder right there, than you make the espresso, and than I make cappuccino. The secret of this machine is to let it get hot enough and put in the correct amount of coffee. It is so much better than anything Starbucks makes.

I bought a lello 45920 Ariete coffee machine from Amazon last year, and in one month, by accident, my water tank broke. since then, I was trying to get a spare part, but could not get a supplier. I asked Amazon, but got not usefull help.
The product is good, I am still using the machine with a small glass water reservoir(200 cc) but Have to fill it for every time I prepare coffee.
I am affraid what will happen when seals wear and I will need replace them!!!
