This item arrived with a broken wheel, inside the un-opened package. The shipping to return it cost me $10.00 and the Bic Suply Co. will not refund me for ANY shipping, not to get to my house broken, or to return it to them. It was very difficult to contact them via e-mail. When I finally tracked them down, they announced they will only re-imburse my credit card for the price of the broken item , which is not fair since it arrived broken! I will NEVER do business with them again!
