Ellen Spector Platt is the author of several books, including Lavender (0811728498) and How to Profit from Flower and Herb Crafts (0811724484). She runs Meadowlark Flower & Herb Farm in Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania, where she grows more than 500 varieties of flowers and herbs and teaches dried flower crafts and fresh flower arranging.

As I grow a lot of herbs and enjoy the lemon scented, this book helped me learn uses I did not know. And also brought other lemon scented herbs to my attentions I did not have and would enjoy .. and which I have added to my gardens since.

Needed to research lemon scented herbs for a presentation to a new herb study group and this book was perfect. We are all master gardeners and the information on how to grow was great as well as tips on how to freeze herbs which seems to be the best way to preserve for future cooking and we master gardeners love to eat.
