This adds plenty flavor without salt. This product is good for those with high blood pressure and those who do not want to get high blood pressure in the future. We love this on whitefish.

I like very strong flavors. The problem with many seasoning blends is that they contain salt, so if I add a whole lot of the seasoning to my food, it becomes way too salty. I have tried some other salt-free seasoning blends and they were OK, but Mrs. Dash is outstanding, the flavors are delicious and perfectly blended, and the lemon flavor is very fresh and fragrant.
