Disappointed - PDA does not charge the battery,

Lenmar Battery for TOSHIBA E310 After receiving the battery pack for my Toshiba e310, I installed it in, but the PDA charger does not seem to charge the battery. The old battery, which was almost dead, showed signs of charging, but this new one did not. Every time one unplug and plug the charger, the PDA restarts as when was new. The charging red led of the PDA never comes one, only shows as green, as saying the battery is fully charged. So, I do not know if the charging part of the PDA works or not, or if the battery is the one that does not charge. Therefore I am not fully satisfied with this. If the PDA shows charging with the old battery, why does do it with the new. My rating is simply below "0" stars.
