This is a handy battery back up for your mobile phone and other USB powered devices. I use this to charge my mobile phone and GPS charged. Now I can charge my mobile phone even when there is no power outlet like car or laptop connection etc. Charges upto 70% only. Any way good value for money

iPhones are finiky when it comes to power. I used an APC powerpack successfully with my Palm TX, but it didn't work with my iPhone. The battery and the iPhone got hot and the charge bar didnt move. I unplugged them immediately and went in search of a 110v outlet in the airport. Later, I got a Lenmar and tried it, monitoring the temperature. It successfully recharged my iPhone and was half the cost of the APC batterypack. Its even less expensive now at under 12 bucks.

I have used this universal power pack for about 1 month now and have found it very easy to use and charges my cell phone completely. The one unknown for me is how many recharges (so far about 15) will it take before it wont fully recharge my cell phone anymore. This powerpack is less than half the price of a comparable APC powerpack so it is definately great value for the money.
