When inserting this Lenmar battery into my Sony Ericsson Z500A phone and following package instructions by plugging in the AC charger, no charging occurs; I replaced it with my original factory battery, plugged in the AC charger, and it started charging, so there's something wrong with the Lenmar battery that I received. Although the package says it is compatible with my phone and replaces the BST-35 battery that came with my phone, I noticed that it is 3.7v while my phone's factory battery is 3.8v; I don't know if that's why the battery doesn't work. Back it goes to Amazon for a refund.
