THE VIDEO WORKS: My son who is 8 and I watched the video together and practiced while we watched. After viewing the video a few more times alone, that weekend he with out and had his best game ever. His rebounding, defense and boxing out was awesome. I'm going to share it with them rest of the team. I can hardly wait for the next one SHOOTING.

Wilkens Defense Wins Games,

My son's youth league team and I really enjoyed this presentation from the NBA coach who has won more games than anybody. After viewing the tape, we went out and won our three remaining games decisively!

Good for starting coaches,

A little slow. However, a starting coach can refresh on the basics. Also, the isolated videos allows a coach to show specific items to his/her players.
