These are great machines, but Lenovo saddled them with a measly 2GB of RAM. Add a cheap 4GB DDR3-1600 SODIMM and the machine comes alive with the 6GB of RAM. This is easy to accomplish via the service bay on the underside of the notebook. The machine has an excellent keyboard and trackpad along with an antiglare display. The Core i3 has plenty of power for just about any task and the Intel HD video does a good job streaming with on the display or an external monitor or TV using the VGA or HDMI ports. Windows 7 Pro comes preloaded on the machine, but it comes with a license for Windows 8 Pro. All in all, one of the best 15.6" notebooks I have used.
If you're looking for a computer that runs fast. This is NOT the computer for you. It has the smallest amount of memory possible. Good luck watching anything on it. If I go online to catch up on a TV show I missed. It'll take forever buffering then it does to actually watch the show! Honestly, save your money. It's not worth it
