The Lenovo Yoga 2 PRO 13 inch slot-in case is just what I expected.

The slots on the side for easy access to buttons and so you can plug in your headphones don't line up.

I did not see a lot of options for a sleeve for the Yoga2 so went with this one.

I purchased this case (directly through Lenovo site, using Amazon Payments) thinking that it would be nice protection for my brand new laptop inside my purse, but the material is barely thick enough to prevent scratches. Not to mention the material is also a cat/dog hair magnet.

I was extremely disappointed when I took it out of the packaging. The case is very flimsy, you can wave it around like a piece of stock paper. The case doesn't cover the entire laptop so you could still get scratches on the 1/2" that sticks out the back. The reason for this 1/2" is so that you can maneuver the thing off your laptop, because it is pretty snug. Not easy at all to put on and take off if your switching from laptop to tablet mode and back. In fact, I found it difficult enough that I was worried about dropping the laptop while trying to take the case off.

The holes cut out for the power button and headphone jack line up fine when the laptop is closed and completely in the case (where these cut-outs are pretty much useless) but when using the case to just cover the keyboard in stand or tablet mode, the case is too wide and you have to play with it to get the holes to line up again. The price point is ridiculous for the quality of the product, I will definitely be returning this case.

Because this is so brand specific, people (like me) will want to buy it for their Lenovo Y2P. It fits very well, both when the laptop is closed, or just covering the keyboard when the laptop is back-bending into tablet mode. The cutouts for power and other buttons are all in the right place. It is slim and minimalistic, providing for specific protections - keyboard when upside down or whole thing when going into a backpack, etc. Obviously it's not for major mishaps like drops or falls.

Like the Y2P, it has a non-slip surface that gives good grip with no sliding.

Pretty much my only complaint is the cost. I am embarrassed to have paid the exorbitant price, but could have shown my face in public, and been delighted, if I had paid what it appears to be worth, <$10. I'm not happy, but I'm not returning it and will use it, and trust my resentment will eventually pass.

Held off getting this due to the high price, but its actually a really nice compliment to the Lenovo yoga and I wish I had gotten it sooner. It does as advertised, protects the keyboard in tent and tablet mode. I was hesitant to use tablet mode before because it felt weird to me to have the keyboard lie on a hard surface. This solves the problem. It also fits nicely over the computer as a sleeve.

Just to address the other comments. It isn't at all tight, so I don't understand why some people wrote that. It's easy to slip on and off. I've only used it for a week, but it seems decently made, so not sure about the seams coming apart comment. So far it seems like it will hold up well.

If you have the Lenovo Yoga, I would recommend that you splurge for this. It just "fits" well and solves the exposed keyboard problem.

This is a light weight sleeve, I assume meant to avoid scratches when you throw the laptop into you bag, or to cover the keyboard when you stand it in the keyboard down position, perhaps on a possible wet counter-top for instance . While thin and light, it is well made, and looks and feels nice. The laptop slips in easily although the end of the laptop does still stick out of the sleeve, presumable so you can leave it plugged in and I suspect also for that counter-top application I noted. If you want something padded for more protection, this is not the sleeve for you, but I like it myself.

I have to start off by saying that I have no idea what the other reviewers are talking about when it comes with the durability of this case.

I've seen several reviews that the durability of item is not performing compared to the price.

I've had it for about 2 weeks now and I take it in and out about 10 times a day and it's been holding up like a champ.

Still looks brand new.

It works great when you're working on tablet or stand mode. I can't say too much for tent mode, but I'm sure it'll perform about the same.

The only thing I'm a little iffy about is that it exposes that part of the tablet, so it doesn't provide that full protection, but hey.

You're only buying this if you're planning on using tablet or stand mode frequently and don't like having the keyboard exposed.

5/5 stars for sure. And if anyone has any questions about it, please be sure to post a comment.

The Lenovo Yoga 2 PRO 13 inch slot-in case is just what I expected. It fits my laptop perfectly. Serves well was a cover sleeve to the keyboard when using as a tablet. Covers the entire unit when shut down. Have not had issues with fit.

Pretty much my only choice for a comfortable fit. I wish something in neoprene was available.

First off I paid only $25 because it was out-of-stock with Amazon LLC when I ordered. At that price it is an OK value. I don't think it's worth $35 and definitely not worth the $39.99 MSRP.

The build quality as far as the stitching and construction seems to be quite good out of the box. That said, the material is extremely thin and it is 100% synthetic. I'm gentle with my electronics, but a careless owner will likely see durability issues over the long term (better the case get wrecked than the laptop).

I hate to give only 3 stars because it is the only sleeve that fits the 13.3" Y2P comfortably. Other sleeves I tried in stores were either too tight or extremely bulky. You can't really use a sleeve made for a 13" macbook if it has a zipper, at least in my opinion, because its too much of a pain to insert and remove. This OEM sleeve doesn't have that issue.

I have a clear Skinomi techskin applied to my Y2P and it does not cause any problems with friction.
