I love the bowls but unlike the description where it says the four bowls are each differently decorated, all four bowls are the same. I sent one set back and tried to get four different designs a second time and they were all the same again. Just thought I would let people know that they may not be all different designs.

These 4 rice dishes are fun to use. I use mine for everything from cereal to soup.

I am very happy with the bowls and all my Lenox collection. Great buy for the price.

I am not one who usually gets the fru-fru scallop edged floral style anything...but this Lenox series is different, it's whimsical and tasteful and everytime I pull them down to use and I see that little bee on the inside it makes me smile.
Very good price here as well, I did my research you cannot find it for near this price in dept stores. Enjoy them, we are!

These pretty bowls are a great size and shape, just right for cereal, rice or pasta, salad, soup or dessert.

I bought these bowls not because of what they look like from the picture (because the pictures are just "all right") but because they are part of the Lenox Butterfly Meadow line. They are very cute in real life. My mom kept stealing my bowls until I called her out on it. The bowls feel delicate and get really hot in the microwave, but all in all they're great every day bowls.

I love them especially little fat honey bee inside of each. But I don't understand why they are named as "rice" bowls because of the size. Definitely they are too big for just rice, but quite small for katsu don or una don. Still, they are perfect for soup, ramen or cereal etc.

I am delighted with these bowls. They are great for cereal or ice cream, among other things. They are deep but still dainty. I love these bowls!

First let me say that this is the bowl that comes with the 4 x 4, 16 piece set. The bowls in the set are marked by Lenox as Rice bowls and since I ordered both I know they are the same. It was a shot in the dark for me. The picture doesn't show the bowls have a blue morning glory (I think that's the correct identity) on the other side. And, yes, unlike the many other sized pieces, the pattern is all the same for each bowl. These are high sided and relatively deep. They wouldn't make the best pasta or salad bowl but great for chilis, soups, ice cream and various desserts.

If you like the pattern in general, these will be pleasing to you. While the pattern goes completely around the bowl, it isn't overwhelming and might go with other solid colored sets of good, white china. I will use them not only with BM but also with my yellow and cobalt blue fiestaware. These are more delicate, but for dessert or soups/chili served on a small cobalt blue plate, just fine. I see us using these regularly.

I added these bowls for the shape and they're light weight. I am disabled so the fiestaware we use daily can be heavy. These will be a welcome addition to your collection.

These bowls are the perfect size for many uses. I find myself using them for everything on a daily basis.
