This product was ordered from the Disney store and I received a confirmation giving me a shipping date of mid September.
The item was shipped early without informing me and the person at the delivery address I had given was on holiday when the courier tried to deliver the package. The package was returned to the Disney store who now can't provide another one as they are sold out. Despite this no attempt has been made to reimburse me for this item and I have had to contact them directly to request a refund. I won't be using them again - EVER. |
