Ever since my son got married I have given his wife a set of their china for each holiday. I was buying through the Lenox website and was satisfied with the product but by the time I finished paying for the product, shipping/handling AND taxes (we have a Lenox outlet in Utah) it was very expensive.
I was thrilled to see that I could order this product through Amazon. I qualified for free shipping and there were no taxes involved AND the price was less than through Lenox itself. My order was delivered quickly and in great shape. I plan on ordering this product ONLY through Amazon from now on.

We registered for this china at Bed, Bath and Beyond, and after our wedding when we were looking to buy the remaining sets, we found that they were much cheaper here. We ordered a few sets, and all of them were in perfect condition with the exception of 1, which had a broken plate. I was very impressed with how quickly they sent us a new set and how easy (and free) it was to ship the broken set back. We love the simple, elegant and timeless design of the china!

From the savings in price for bulk purchase; I called my siblings and we ended up purchasing a complete set of 8 place-settings the next time we were getting cousins wedding presents.
