My wife order a couple of these sets of dishes, she found a few flaws with some of the dishes. Amazon is great!!!! They exhanged them out and now I have more beutiful dishes that we don't eat on.

2 place settings were sent as a wedding gift. A very lovely Lenox pattern. Great deal on Amazon.

As previous reviewer noted, Amazon box poorly taped, 1 flap barely taped down. 2 place settings inside in 2 Lenox boxes with some puffy airbag padding. One box flat, one on its side. NO padding on bottom between Lenox boxes and shipping box. One dinner plate arrived broken. Easy to report and have place setting replaced, (we hope) but annoying to have to report, repack and take back to shipping (though it is prepaid.)

Bone china dinnerware is fragile. We don't understand why it wasn't packed more securely.

This was purchased for a wedding gift. The five piece set was perfect and cost about $30 less than other sites and stores. It arrived quickly, boxed very nicely.Great customer service. I will definitely shop from this seller again. Shop here, you will not be disappointed.

This was actually bought for my best friend- and it is beautiful and elegant. She has used her china 2 times now for holidays and has no complaints at all. She always is getting compliments on it. I honestly don't have much more to say than that since I have only seen it once and I have to take her word for it.

I was asked to get this for a xmas gift for my grandson and his wife. After xmas was over they opened it to unpack it and the coffee mug handle was broke. I contacted amazon and they set a whole new place setting the very same day without even wanting the broken set returned. Now thats what I call ctotal customer satisfcation, I love making all and any purchases on amazon.com. Never disappointed.

I purchased the Lenox Opal Innocence 5 piece place setting as a wedding gift for my daughter. It arrived quickly with all pieces arriving in beautiful condition. I couldn't believe my luck when I found her place setting on Amazon for $50.00 cheaper than the department store where she registered and I got free shipping on top of that!! (If you don't know, when you purchase a place setting at the department store you have to pay shipping- $22.00- they don't stock the china.) I ended up saving over $70.00!

This design by Lenox is superb. I love the fact that this design is simple yet classy so that you can use them for a very formal dinner or a nice family dinner for a special occasion. Since it's a soft off-white color, it's perfect for any holiday and will work with a lot of different table cloths and decorations. It washes well in the dish washer, and has held up very well in handling. The platinum banding is a lovely touch. We paired this with the Marquis by Waterford Platinum Caprice stemware. My holiday table is always beautiful! This is also an elegant, timeless design, and I hope to someday pass it down to a daughter-in-law or even a grand-daughter.

China arrived intact directly from Lenox. Superhome was very slow in replying to emails and providing shipping information to me. Product finally reached destination after two months of corresponding with Superhome and registering complaint with Amazon.
