The glasses that arrived intact had all the delicacy, elegance, and grandiosity of the rest of the Tuscany set. Unfortunately, there was absolutely NO packing on the inside of the box containing the glasses (though the outer box was very well-padded, unlike some other orders I've received).

Amazon, you need to spend a little extra time and pad the glasses inside the box to make certain these items arrive safely. This is the third box of Tuscany stemware I've received with broken items; all because of grossly negligent packing. This is not up to your usual standards.

I love the glasses...but i am concerned abt them being full lead crystal glasses. I understand its harmful to be exposed ot lead.....

i don;t see anyone mentioned anything abt it..

any thoughts??

I don't know if Amazon has changed their packaging, or if it was just the luck of the draw, but I received all four glasses in good shape. Each glass was packed individually in bubble wrap inside the Tuscany box, and then the bow was placed among padding within the shipping box. The glasses are luminous, as are other of the Tuscany products I collect.

BUYER BEWARE!

I had stems arrive broken for one of the glasses in this set, and Amazon (thus far) has refused to replace the item. The stems that arrived intact were beautiful. But the failure of Amazon to provide replacements should be taken as a warning by all potential buyers.

The item was shipped without any interior packing at all, and minimal exterior packing. As a longtime, loyal Amazon customer, I am severely disappointed in the company and their lack of customer service.
