Everybody says these don't work - but I know for a fact that some of my neighbors in my apartment building have roaches. I do not. I haven't seen a bug since I plugged this in a year or so ago because I saw 2 roaches! I have it plugged in my kitchen. The cat does not notice it's there and I can hear nothing. I'm not a Martha Stewart, so it's not like the place is sterile, it's not. I can only give credit to this gizmo.
