From Publishers Weekly
Add to the other books by members of the 1986-87 Super Bowl-winning New York Giants this one by defensive lineman Marshall and Newark Star Ledger sports-staffer Klein. In many respects it is a conventional volume by a player on a championship team, especially in the game-by-game replay of the season, which will interest only Giants' and Marshall fans. In two regards, however, it is exceptional. First, the grid star is unusually conscious of and realistic about money matters: he is generous with his family but is no patsy for the fast-buck operators who try to separate big earners from their income and who, evidently, never give up; further, he is well aware that he is having his peak earning years now and plans accordingly. Second, his is an interracial marriage and his (and his wife's) observations on that subject are especially interesting. Photos not seen by PW.
