This purchase has made me abandon Amazon much like I did Ebay in 2001. I received the product and then contacted the seller to ask if they carried it in a hard case and not a sticker. The seller fired a barrage of expletives at me through an email telling me what to do with myself and my dumb questions. I forwarded the email to Amazon who told me I needed to contact this department and that department but never even got back to me about my formal complaint. Thanks to this garbage product and un-civilized merchant I no longer do business with this website.
