A Kid's Review
This review is from: Leopold II: Butcher of the Congo (Wicked History) (Paperback)
I had never heard of this man until now. He was a very greedy man in all actuallity, but as to if he actually knew the goings-on of the Congo Free State, it doesn't emphasize; hence the 4 stars... If it DID actually tell, I don't seem to remember. I might read it again to clear up my confusion. If it did tell if he knew what went on, give it 5 stars.
