I've been dancing on these toe pads for about a year. Some people say you can't feel the floor, but for a beginner, they're great. They give you a lot of comfort.

These are good for beginners. They allow suppurt and cushion your toes very well. Though on me, these were a little bit too bulky, I couldn't feel the floor. The gell cuchioned and protected my bunions pretty well but it was still a little bulky on the toes.
Its a good buy for beginners in my opinion.

These helped me protect my toes from all the stress of being on pointe. I would recommend these to anyone going on pointe.

My daughter is pleased with these toe pads. Of course every dancer knows what feels right for them and Leo's purple is just right for her shape foot and the amount of time she spends en pointe.

I purchased these toe pads to insert in roller-skates used in roller-derby. The pads protect my wife's toes, and prevent the blisters, and bruises caused without them. They work very well and provide the most protection for the tips of the toes, and partially surround the top and sides of the front of her feet. The best use came from combining the pad with socks that would hold the support in place when putting her feet into her skates. Simply placing the pad in the skate did not yield positive results.
