Vonnie Winslow Crist, MS Professional Writing from Towson University, has taught creative writing for Harford Community College and for the Maryland State Arts Council's Artist-in-Education Program. She's author-illustrator of The Greener Forest (fantasy stories that are YA-friendly), Leprechaun Cake & Other Tales (children's book), Essential Fables (poetry), and River of Stars (poetry), and editor of 2 science fiction/ fantasy/ horror anthologies (Lower Than The Angels and Through A Glass Darkly). Currently, Vonnie is writing a column for Harford's Heart Magazine, illustrating for The Vegetarian Journal, editing The Gunpowder Review, and contributing to Faerie Magazine.
