I tried using this at the recommended dosage and got headaches, but using at a dose of a single capsule in the morning I had no side effects. I didn't really think it was doing anything much, although I was successfully losing weight with a diet and exercise plan. When the bottle ran out, I stopped taking it. Within a few days, I noticed a significant increase in stomach rumblings and cravings, urges for midnight snacks, and so on. So I'm back for more until I reach my target weight, and will probably wean off of it slowly (every other day, then every 3rd day) when I'm ready.

Ok, so I am sitting here reading the reviews and I can tell which ones were written by the company and which ones were written by actual customers. This is not some magic pill that you take before bed and wake up 50 pounds lighter. Until the day that that pill is invented, we scour the internet seeking for that fast fix for a problem that didn't happen so fast. Admit it. You're fat. That's why you're hunting diet pills. But you also have to admit that you didn't just wake up one morning fat. It's something that you've done to your body over time. So it's going to take time to reverse it. If you are expecting to drop "significant" weight (20+ pounds) in a short period of time, this is NOT for you. NO diet pill is for you. You need a plastic surgeon. If you are wanting to sit on your fat butt and lose weight, that's not going to happen either.

YOU HAVE TO GET UP AND GET MOVING!!!! YOU HAVE TO CHANGE HOW YOU'RE EATING!!!

If you are to lazy to do either of these things, you will die early and fat. I'm mean? You're in denial. I used to weigh 276 pounds. I'm 5'6". My BMI was 44.5. And I wore size 22W. I was a cow, and I was dying.

I'm not a size 2 now, nor did I do it by popping pills, but I am a size 12/176 pounds and it's only been a year. YES, I take Leptopril. It gives me the energy to exercise. It does control my appetite for a good 6 hours, but I didn't STOP eating. I eat 6 times a day actually. It's not "how much" you eat, it's WHAT you eat. I do not deny myself anything. If I want chips, I eat chips. But I portion them, I don't eat the whole bag. I've actually had to throw chips away because they've gone stale waiting for me to finish the bag. And water people. YOU HAVE TO DRINK YOUR WATER!!! You have gross stuff floating around in your body that is actually making you fatter. Flush it out! Water makes me gag, I'll be the first to admit that. I used to think that because I was drinking coffee, tea or soda, that I was getting plenty of water. NO! You have to have clean water to clean your body! And remember the saying, "You are what you eat!"? It's true. Stop eating junk, and you'll stop feeling junky!

I've used this product for some time and I love it! I was overweight by 40 pounds and now I'm at the weight I should be and I look great! I know this product doesn't work for anyone, but it won't hurt to try!

I've lost 40 pounds using Leptopril along with my heathly eating and work-out. I've tried other diet pills in the past, but none of them worked. Leptopril is great. I only take 1 a day becasue it is so powerful. If diet and exercies alone aren't doing it for you and you need that little boost of energy try Leptoril. Trust me, it works!

This product may not work for you but I can certainly say it worked for me. I took it along with a healthy diet and exercise program and I have lost weight. I am now at the weight I want to be and look good.

When using this product I have maintained my weight but have not dropped any...I do find myslef eating better and working out so I am not sure if it is the product or the change of lifestyle.

I starting taking Leptopril about 3 weeks ago. I did not lose any weight and I felt very out of it the whole time. I had a constant headache and if I didn't eat every hour or so I got nauseous. I took them for so long hoping that my body would get used to the pills, but that never happened. Stay away from these pills!

So after spending $40 something dollars on this product hoping for just some glipse of help and hope, nothing happened. It does nothing but make you edgy and gives you stomach pains. I thought I was developing some sort of an ulcer from it, so I stopped. Save your money for weight watchers. This doesn't work.

I am currently 312 pounds. I have taken this pill in the past and I lost 60 pounds. So I started taking them again. The others say if you expect to sit on your butt and eat crappy food all day no pill is going to help. If you watch what you eat and get out and walk or something you will slowly see results. This pill gives you the extra boost of energy to do that. This pill is not for people that are sensitive to caffeine it will make you jittery and sick to your stomach if you are sensitive and at first you can start out with taking 1 and build your way up to the recommended dose. AND DONT TAKE it I would say past 5pm unless you dont want to sleep. If you have any questions feel free to reply.

It doesnt work. The only reason they put "this is only for people how need significant weight loss" is so the average person will buy it thinking it will work fast. I used it correctly, and had no better results than I would have if I had'nt of taken it at all.
