The irony of learning how to compose effective e-mail communications from a book was not lost on me. This book is full of commonsense practices that any one with more than a year of working in business knows. More emphasis should be put on effective communication in awkward or tense situations and less on the formalities or cliches of generating "goodwill". Do not waste your money and teachers, please try to find a better text book for business communication classes!

Wonderful book for students, and first time business owner, who are opening a new business are pursuing the world of business. Would reccommend it to everyone in this line of profession.

The book is in poor shape but I don't care cause I saved a lot of money and the book is complete. My bookstore would have ripped me off.

This book was in great shape just as the seller promised! The price was amazingly low and the delivery was speedy.

This was the first time I had ordered a text book from amazon as i usually use a different site however the price was right so I decided to give it a shot. At first it seemed fine but then once I opened the book i was immediately disgusted. There were Dry boogers binding more then one set of pages together. I was absolutely repulsed and will never purchase a text book from the sender again and possibly Amazon as a whole. I was completely disappointed with the blatenet failure of checking over the product that was shipped to me.
