|Is the mileage accurate on this product?||
Maybe they were using muscle usage more than mileage, since she has all the kicks/lifts/etc? Just a thought, I never heard how they measure it. I guess it's fairly accurate since I could do a charity walk with the same minute: mile ratio.

Honestly, I've never worn shoes while doing these walking workouts. I'm accustomed to working out barefoot, because I've used the Wii Fit pretty extensively and that requires you to be barefoot. |Which of the workouts on the DVD use the stretchy band?||
The two-mile and three-mile workouts use the stretchy band. However, you can do the workouts without using it. Just do the same arm motions, but without the band.
FYI, the stretchy band is used during the last half mile of the two-mile workout.
