I love this DVD and workout. After 3 weeks I have lost almost 2" in my hips, 1.5" in my waist and an 1.5" in each thigh. I do it faithfully every morning and feel so good for the rest of the day. The walk-belt is an awesome addition. I must add that I have also cut out junk food on my quest to get fit, and my body is already changing. Try this workout if you are a busy mom like me and cannot get to the gym. I plan to try more of her dvd's. Also note...each mile flies by.
