I just purchased this bag and I was very looking forward to it. But I am disappointed with it now. I bought the Ahoy pattern, which straps look more like dark/chocolate brown in the picture. I'd like to have a brownish bag because it will go well with most of my clothes. I also compared the Ahoy one with the black one to make sure it is not black. However, the actual color of the straps is BLACK, totally. I can't find it any brown under different lights. Very disappointed.

There is another issue.

The size is smaller than what I expected. It is said like these:

The actual product is smaller than 17"x11"x5". The actual dimension is 16"(top length)/13"(bottom length) x11"(height). The zipper length is the same as the bottom one. So IT IS BARELY THE LENGTH OF A MACBOOK. If you, like me, intend to use this bag to carry your laptop and letter size documents, just go to find another one! It is very annoying to put your laptop or documents vertically into the bag and turn it around (and do the reverse when you want to take them out.)

I really don't want to make all the fuzz to return shipped stuff. I always tried to find some reason to keep what I bought no matter how much I didn't feel so right. But this time, I think I will return it back.

I replaced my old LeSportsac with this new one - and I love it! I had my old one (same size, older version) for 2 years (used EVERY day as a work bag) and it probably could have made it another year, but I wanted a new pattern/color. This ones seems even more durable than my last one. I love these because when I get soaked in slanty rain or really wet snow (or whatever Chicago weather throws as me), I know my stuff won't get ruined. I also take it to the beach and is a great size for that too.

I would highly recommend these bags for an everyday kind of bag. I use it as a work bag and travel bag. Great zip pockets and zip top (crucial for on public transit where you can get your wallet stolen if you have an open bag with no closure). I know it's gonna last me a long time, and I got a pattern I can live with and not get sick of!

These bags are lightweight, in every color pattern and shape you could need and affordable when you shop on Amazon! One point another customer said it is smaller than stated in the description but a good size for every day work and errands.
