The title says it all! "Less Drama, More Fun" presents a step by step real world approach to maximize the authentic joy that makes life "fun" and minimize the needless self-created "drama" which causes pain in our lives. As I read through the chapters I found myself wondering if the author had some special personal link to my life. The real world experiences are so focused and insightful it's like the author is writing just for you in your moments of "drama". I benefited greatly from McRea's insightful understanding of the synergy between the spiritual, mental, and emotional components that can enhance our quality of life in both a personal and professional setting. This text provided me not only a map to understanding the illusions of drama I create in life but most importantly through the potent chapter exercises I was able to integrate the author's message into my daily life. As if to accent the point even more "Less Drama, More Fun" is peppered with McRae's creative poetry and entertaining cartoon caricatures making the book an entirely fun and rewarding learning experience.

Barbara has given us a wonderful volume with "right on" writing about all of the drama which most people unconsciouly create in their lives. But beyond that, her techniques for helping anyone wanting to have more fun and fewer energy zappers, are easy to implement for anyone seeking conscious behavior and are serious about how they REALLY want to feel each day. I highly recommend this book.

During this time of selling a house, buying a house, moving to a
new area, getting a divorce and starting a new relationship - the drama and stress could be all-consuming if I let it. I have found great comfort and practical solutions in this book. I also love all the poetry and illustrations - very well done.
