Jennie Bishop - Jennie has held many roles in her life. She is a musician and lyricist, a home-schooling mom, and the author of several children's books. Jennie has enjoyed writing since she was a child. She got involved in music and drama in college, but after marrying her husband, and while traveling with him, she always had her computer with her, writing stories about her experiences. Jennie says home-schooling her daughters is a main priority and now fits writing in and around that schedule. Susan Henson - Susan is a pastor's wife, mother, grandmother, speaker, and author. She also serves part time on the "Revive Our Hearts" staff. Susan has three grown children and two grandchildren who are her inspiriation.

This book was very good in teaching life lessons. I didn't buy it for younger children but for 11, 13, and 15 year olds. It is amazing how you just lay something around and they read it. Now if I had MADE them read it they would have considered it quite childish. It is such a simple lesson on how so many things will change us, yet all of us, even adults fall into the trap of, "Not me, I can watch a bad movie, look at bad pictures, listen to bad music and still walk away the same". It pointed out that even knights had weaknesses they needed to guard against and pride will get you everytime. James 4:10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

My son loved it. It is meant for elementary age children. But older children would enjoy it too.

This is a wonderful book to install the Christian value of purity for boys 5-10 years old. The story is well-designed, along with the lesson book. It is very helpful if parents read with their childen and discuss the lesson book with them.
