This review is from: 15 Easy Lessons That Build Basic Writing Skills in Grades K-2 (Scholastic Teaching Strategies) (Paperback)
I purchased this book along with several other titles to improve the writing of my first graders. I found this book exceptional. It is simple to use and implement. I now refer to this book as my "bible" and am constantly loaning it to other teachers to refer to. This book provides you with instructions, reproducibles, and graphic organizers that make writing more concrete for young students. My students now follow the simple format and the quality of their writing has greatly improved.
